I took everything out was very hesitant about giving myself a shot, WOW so easy to do in the thigh if you have no one to do it for you and there are several videos online to show you exactly what to do. After Internal Brain Surgery, due to Prednisone & Depakote I swoll up almost a 100 Lbs.. Doctors put me on 'Lasix'- I couldn't tolerate it, due to Muscle spasms, I then contracted carpal tunnel, then Neuropathy, "Doctors finally got smart & ran some 'Extensive blood work on me & found out I had A Very Negative B-12 Deficency, Put me on a B-12 shot once a week & Now I have lost the 100 lbs. But Unfortunately due to Nerve damage, I still have the Neuropathy & Carpal Tunnel.. It also got me over My Migraines.. For some strange reason, B-12 Serum by Prescription around the Atlanta area is hard to get. Mostly in little 3 Mi. bottles. My wife is 67 and I give her an injection each week also. So It is A Blessing we can Purchase a 30 Mi. kit from Trim Nutrition & not have to worry with the Drug Stores. Is Cheaper also.4/21/13

and have at first was for weight loss, my goal was almost reached, then other happened I too in Texas been having heck getting my b12 filled they say theres a shortage in the US,?????? I have to say what I got here looked exactly the same as the major pharmacy, but mine is written for a big 10 ml bottle, 15 dollars, no needles, they got some in went to pick it up they said 60, I said wtheck???????? and it was 1 ml vials, 15 bucks a vial no matter what the size, I said bull, cause I know I can get quality /same if not better here, 60 bucks no matter the size of the vial that's a rip off and INSANE,.....and when you use the tee ninny vials you don't get the full 1 ml, & my doctor doesn't specialize in the reason I need it, I need to be on as of Baylor college of medicine says beens I have no colon, more b12 at least 2mls 2xs a week, and enzymes, vitamins, etc, so I'M BACK, They are a legit company, curteous call backs, Drs, compound pharmacy, its not a joke, its real, I felt way better when on the b12 with lipotropics, etc, mind was clear, just like the weight clinic when I WAS going, but wow what a save on the pocket book, it was 40 bucks 1x a week then, for a b12, with lipo, chromium, l carnitine, etc, loveeeeeeee Trim Nutriton, have told many people,.....thanks Texas Customer4/5/13

I have always heard how the Vitamin B injections increased energy. However, I was surprised to find that I also noticed my stress levels go down after the first three(3) shots or so. This was after following the recommended shot every 3-4 days. I have since recommended it to my friends and family. I will admit, that it was 2 months before I was *fully* comfortable giving myself the shots.2/15/13

Amazing!!! It really works. It helped to increase my energy and aided in my weight loss. I went from 260 to 200. With healthy food choices, 35-40 minutes of exercise 5 times a week and this B12, I'm feeling better than ever and on my way to a better healthier me.2/6/13

My Wife & I, both have to take 1ml of B-12 each week & for some strange reason, the Pharmacies in our location___Surburb of Atlanta___ Cant fill our Physicians Prescriptions for Cyanocobalamin?. Our Internist writes us a prescription for 'Cyano' 30 Mi's each & for 10 Re-Fills. We call it in & Last week they only had ""3"" 1-Mi- little bottles of it to Fill. All I Can say Is "Thank God For___'TRIM'. & By The Way___ TRIM___ Is Lots more Reasonable than the Major Pharmacies Also and That includes ___Wally World :-)__ Regards- A Nascar Fan.1/9/13

I ordered the B12 kit after sustaining a brain injury so was interested in this product for its neuronal benefits. I do a lot of interventions for this injury so it's difficult to say whether it is effective, somewhat effective or not at all given the variety of variables involved. I can say that the improvement is noted to be better than when I was taking oral Vit B tabs though.9/23/12
The side benefits are great though. My hair was falling out in copious amounts as a side effects of the medications I need to take and now my hair is stronger, fuller and overall appears much healthier. My skin is improved as well.
None of these effects were ever evident using an oral version despite the quality of absorption.
