Ingredients:
Choline Chloride 50mg, Chromium Chloride 1.35mg, Dexpanthenol 2mg, Inositol 50mg, Leucine 2.5mg, Methionine 25mg, Methylcobalamin 500mcg, Niacinamide 25mg, Pyridoxine 25mg, Riboflavin 2mg, Thiamine 25mg
per 1ml solution

DOSING:

Start at 1 ml (cc) Intramuscular weekly and then increase as needed to 1 ml Intramuscular twice weekly based on result

I started using Trim Complete 6 months ago, because I suffer from severe daytime sleepiness. I needed energy. It didn't work as well as I had hoped for energy. I thought it would be more of a rush. But come to find out, I have sleep apnea. I wasn't sleeping well, so this shot wasn't going to do it. I have been using a mouthpiece for the sleep apnea, and I feel a lot better. But something I DID notice when I started taking the B12 was that I stopped bruising. I am a woman (name on review is my husbands), and I always had bruises on my legs. It was so ugly I never wore shorts or mindresses. It sucked having to cover up in the middle of TX summer. But all of the sudden my skin was bruise free. AND my skin looks better in general. It was looking pasty and sallow. After the shots my complexion seemed brighter, and the dark circles under my eyes are so much better! And my breakouts that I used to endure every couple of weeks has stopped except for one every few months. And I know it sounds too good to be true, but I just felt happier. Maybe that was the energy part. I just seemed to want to do things again. A lot of people have noticed. I feel great. I stopped taking them when I ran out and after about 2 weeks, I started bruising again and not feeling so great, so I am ordering more. I think this is a great product. It's worth a try...

Im a new customer to this product but Im amazed at how good I feel since starting it. im using it every 4 days 1ml and my overall energy and sleep have greatly improved. Im a 35 yr chronic pain patient using prescription pain medications and often suffer from the side effects of my meds, tired, weak etc. Since starting Trim Complete i have an overall increase in energy and activity. Thanks for a great product..

Okay, I am usually a skeptic on stuff like this but I tried it because a friend said it helps him feel less worn down. So I figured I could use that, and after I bought a $25 shot from a local clinic, I felt like I noticed something but wasn’t sure… maybe felt a little something. So after researching I found Trim Nutrition and bought a 30 shot kit, figuring I would give it a real try for my wife and I over a longer period of time. Now they claim that “This product is not intended to diagnose, treat cure or prevent any disease” but I need to let any who will listen know one fact I know for absolute certainty. First though some back ground, I have suffered with extreme allergies every spring for as long as I can remember at least over 30 years I have suffered without fail. I have tried the allergy shot series for years and no improvement, all I can do is treat symptoms with prescription eye drops and drugs and even that didn’t help relieve the itchy eyes. This year, before allergy season began is when I started taking the shots, not because I was hoping for a cure for my spring allergies, I just wanted to feel better in general. Here is the kicker, this year I am not having any allergy problems. I wait 2 weeks between shots and on day 12 and 13 I started getting a little minor allergy symptoms. I took the shot on day 14 and those little symptoms are gone the next day! I keep waiting for them to hit but nothing, people around me are suffering, I can see pollen on my car but I am not suffering at all, plus I actually feel a lot better in general and my wife is noticing it as well in more ways than one ;~). I think every 10 days is the right interval for me. I know one thing for sure, this stuff has prevented the spring allergy symptoms I have just grown to accept and I am now enjoying spring drug free. We’ll see what happens next year I’ll try to remember to update next spring...

I started taking B12 Complete on 4/20/11 I was amazed at how much it help my appetite control. A week later I started the HCG shots and low calorie diet. I have lost a total of 23lbs between 4/20/11 and 5/6/11. The low calorie diet hasnt been too hard to maintain but when you see results like this it is very motivating to keep it up. I am looking forward to seeing how much weight I will lose during this first round. I weighed 307 when I started and now 284. I was a four sport athlete in high school and spent 4 years in the Army and have always struggled with keeping my weight under control. I have tried many many things over the years and have never seen results like this with basically little exercise. I am looking forward to losing more weight using trimnutrition.com products...

I just recieved my Trim Complete kit. I am in perio/pre-menopause in which I have periods of on-going bleeding or at times, flooding, and have been taking iron pills for anemia plus in August I ordered the Methylcobalamine B12 shots for its purest form of B12 --- ALL OF THESE KITS work immediately. Today I took one shot of the Trim Complete B vitamins early in the AM --- and given that I have been out of all my kits for 2 weeks and started to feel completely drained with no energy and looking sallow and less like ME -- well I took another shot in the afternoon and feel much better... I will taper off and do One to two shots a week til empty and depending on how my body feels. LOVE U GUYS!!!..
